You have been hired by a local Realtor to draw plans for properties that they will be selling. In order to receive a grade of 100, you must draw the first floor, second floor, and yard of the property for sale. In order to receive a grade of 90, you must draw the first floor, one room, and the yard. In order to receive a grade of 80, you must draw the first floor and the yard. Using OpenOffice Draw, complete the drawing projects. You will have 3 blocks to complete the project. You will be required to use all the tool that have been taught in class. The more details that you include in the project, the higher your grade will be. (These include 3D, shadow, line styles, text boxes, autoshapes, etc.) Failure to demonstrate the use of these tools will result in a point deduction!
There is an example of a second floor and yard on the share folder for you to refer to. You may use this to help you, BUT YOU CANNOT COPY!
Be sure to change your page orientation to landscape for all floors (Format > Page).
Each floor/yard is to be completed on a separate page (slide). To do this go to Insert > Slide.
This is the culminating activity for the Drawing unit. Everything you have learned and used in the previous projects needs to be demonstrated.
Here is the grading scale:
Option #1 For A Grade = 100 First Floor Plan, Second Floor Plan, Yard
Option #2 For A Grade = 90 First Floor Plan, One Specific Room, Yard
Option #3 For A Grade = 80 First Floor Plan, Yard
When finished, save as Realtor Housing and print in color to the 4600/4700.
